Los Angeles: Creating the Future

Breathwork is an ancient technique that clears stuck energy and helps you connect with your center. It's incredible simple and can be learned in about two minutes. Two very powerful, jam packed minutes. For something so seemingly simple, the results can be profound and even transformative. We'll be using questions from 10Q as a guide, releasing old thoughts, fears and patterns that no longer serve us & delving into intentions for the new year.

Both workshops will be facilitated by Eastside Breathers founder Michael Kass and musician Brian Griffith. And each will focus on a different question:
