As part of the National Day of Unplugging, the YeaShOre Community and Reboot invite you to join us at a FREE, rare WINTER, Bonfire.
We will gather on Saturday eve, March 7, 2015, at San Francisco’s Ocean Beach!
From 6:30 p.m. to ’round 9:00 p.m.
A fun evening around the Bonfire. Come for Havdalah, share your voice, or just listen, as we watch the flames dance!!
Please bring food and drinks for yourself and some to share. Also bring many friends, stories, songs, drums and other musical instruments. (Glass containers and alcohol are NOT allowed at S.F.’s Ocean Beach!) Reboot and the YeaShOre Community will provide chocolate, Kosher marshmallows and crackers for S’mores!! We will also bring potatoes and onions for roasting in the Bonfire!
We will have a Jewish Havdalah ritual around 7:45 p.m. The ritual lasts about 10 minutes. As not all the guests at YeaShOre’s bonfires are Jewish, we explain it and invite everyone to join in.
Look for a fish windsock and a Yeashore banner!
Rain or a “Spare the Air Alert” cancels the Bonfire!
Winter activities will continue in April.
