If you could do one thing differently about your B-Mitzvah (Bar or Bat), what would it be and why? Storytellers reminisce and reimagine about coming of age and what those commitments mean to them today. Inspired by and presented in partnership with Reboot.


Michael Blumenthal is from Montreal and is studying Environmental Design at OCAD University. Tamara Caplan is the director of Hillel at York and a dedicated Jewish community professional committed to empowering Jewish youth and Jewish continuity. Avi Minkowitz studied in Yeshiva and at York University and is now pursuing a PhD at Ryerson in Environmental and Applied Science and Management. Jessica Taylor is the Manager of Leadership Initiatives at UJA's Community Connect (COCO) and was inspired to take ownership of her Jewish identity after Young Adult March of the Living. Sydney Tyber is a PhD candidate in English Literature and Performance, a high school English teacher, has been a Taglit-Birthright staff member, and an active member of Hillel on campus.
