NYC: reBar 6-13 Kick Off

Mark Your Calendars for reBar NY:

Rewind to 13. Fast-Forward to Now. Rewind. Revisit. reBar.

reBar starts with a deceptively simple question: If you could do one thing differently at your Bar or Bat Mitzvah, what would it be and why? At Reboot’s reBar, a handful of storytellers will answer this question as they reflect with pride, humor, and nostalgia on their 13-year-old selves, consider what commitments they would make today and muse about what it means to be Jewish now and ahead. Emceed by writer A.J. Jacobs, reBars will be offered up by author Kate Scelsa, comedy writer and actor Kevin Allison, performer Vanessa Hidary, comedian Jena Friedman and more!

Date: Saturday, June 13, 2015
Time: Doors 8 p.m., Show 8:15 p.m.
Where: Dorsett, 66 Washington Ave., Brooklyn, NY.

Please check out the reBar website, for the flavor of what is beckoning and ahead!

Evite ticket required, get your tickets here.

With appreciation to the UJA Federation of New York and Lippman Kanfer Foundation for Living Torah's support of reBar
