Walk a Trail on March 4th

Stow Lake Boathouse in Golden gate Park, 10:00am

Join SF Recreation and Park Departement Guides and experience nature without digital distractions for The National Day of Unplugging! This is an ongoing effort to encourage people to bring balance into their use of technology by reflecting on their use and taking a regular tech break. Participants will receive a free ‘Cell Phone Sleeping Bag’ in which to place their digital devices, thus ‘Unplugging’ for a day!

For a more enjoyable walk please bring water, use sunscreen and wear comfortable shoes.
