As the celebration of a new year, Rosh Hashanah is an opportunity for us to begin again.

Join us as we gather along Los Angeles’ flowing river to reflect upon the past year, and meditate on what meaningful changes can be made for the coming one.

To provide us with inspiration and momentum, the morning will begin at Spoke, where we will get bikes to ride along the River bike path.

We will stop for Tashlich, meaning “to cast away,” in Hebrew. This is a tradition to symbolically shed one’s sins and regrets from the past year into a body of water.

What wrongdoings can we shed, and learn from so that these mistakes are not repeated? How can we grow to be better versions of ourselves in the coming year? These are the themes we will explore.

We will then hop back on our bikes and end the workshop over food and conversation at The L.A. River Cafe at Cafecito Roasting Company

We hope to see you there!
